Shipping Policy
At House of Magicus, we take great care in preparing and shipping each order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, product launches, or seasonal promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
House of Magicus is based in London, United Kingdom and currently ships across the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 2 to 5 business days
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days
- International: 7 to 15 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or periods of high demand.
Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
House of Magicus is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. House of Magicus cannot accept responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at studio@houseofmagicus.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at studio@houseofmagicus.com with your order number and any relevant details.
We will do our best to assist and work with the delivery provider to help resolve the issue.
Please note that House of Magicus is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking information and ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel where necessary.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the item can be resent.
Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items
Some House of Magicus items may be available on a pre-order or made-to-order basis. In these cases, longer processing and dispatch times may apply. Any relevant timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order may be dispatched once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.
