Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
• You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging/condition with tags still attached.
• To start a return, please contact us at studio@houseofmagicus.com with your order number and details.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Personal care items (e.g. skincare, cosmetics)
• Intimate apparel (e.g. underwear, swimwear)
• Sale/clearance items (unless faulty)
• Digital products
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
• Please note: delivery/shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like another size/colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please email us at studio@houseofmagicus.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort it quickly for you.
Return postage
• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
